At Magnolia Rose, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for every client. Please review the following policies prior to booking your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in our providers’ schedules that could have been offered to another patient seeking care.

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or scheduling changes.

• Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend their appointment may be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. 
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. 
• Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on provider availability. 
• Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit that can be transferred with proper notice. 

We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to accommodate unexpected circumstances when possible.

Certain aesthetic and wellness treatments require a consultation prior to treatment to ensure safety, candidacy, and appropriate treatment planning.

Recommendations are based on provider assessment, medical history, anatomy, skin condition, and desired outcomes. 

***Not all clients are candidates for every procedure***

Clients receiving IV therapy, wellness injections, hormone optimization, or other medical wellness services may require:

• Medical clearance 
• Lab work 
• Ongoing follow-up appointments 
• Provider approval prior to treatment 

Patient safety and medical appropriateness are always prioritized over treatment requests.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards where applicable, and offer flexible financing options to help make treatments more accessible.

Available financing options include:

• Cherry Financing 
• CareCredit 
• PatientFi

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic and wellness services:

• All services are non-refundable 
• Skincare products may only be exchanged if unopened and unused within the designated timeframe 
• Prepaid packages or memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable at management discretion 

Results are variable amongst each individual and have multiple variables that can effect outcomes. If concerns arise after treatment, we encourage clients to contact our office promptly so we can properly assess and address the situation.

At Magnolia Rose, we love babies and children, and we understand that childcare is not always an option.

• For appointments lasting longer than 30 minutes, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made whenever possible. 

This helps ensure the safety of your children while also maintaining a calm, relaxing environment for all patients receiving services.

We love our furry friends, but for the safety, comfort, and health of all patients, pets are not permitted inside the office unless they are certified service animals.

Many of our treatments involve medical procedures, sterile supplies, and laser equipment, so maintaining a clean and controlled environment is essential.

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and medical information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations.

• Client photos will only be used for educational or marketing purposes with written consent.

Magnolia Rose Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a procedure is determined to be unsafe, medically inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest.
