Avoid taking blood thinners, consuming alcohol, coffee, caffeine, and fish oil prior to your appointment. We do recommend Arnica Montana. (A homeopathic gel or tablet available at most pharmacy’s). We also recommend eating fresh pineapple; it contains an enzyme called bromelain that helps with bruising & inflammation.
Both are stimulate collagen. Radiesse gives immediate structure and volume, while Sculptra works gradually over time for long-term collagen production and overall rejuvenation. Your provider will determine which biostimulator is best for you.
Laser hair removal works best on darker hair. Blonde, red, gray, and white hairs may not respond as effectively due to limited pigment.
